No refunds are available for Web Development Agreement payments.
If you terminate the Web Maintenance Agreement by giving Tiraki 30 days' written notice, provided that payment is up-to-date, a pro-rata refund will be given for any unused portion of your advance payment.
If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services, and you notify Tiraki by email within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the paid contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. You will be notified by email if a refund is due. Please note it may take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an email to our accounting department.

This 30 day policy does not apply to any other services such as, but not limited to, support packages, disk space, bandwidth, overages, extra mailboxes, site monitoring, site archiving, IP addresses, domain name registration, add-on domains, SSL certificates, or content management systems.
You must notify Tiraki at least 30 days prior to the renewal date on your contract if you wish to cancel an account. Cancellation after that time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one month of your regular hosting fees.
Tiraki does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after the renewal date.
Tiraki does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.
Please be aware that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If there is a past due balance on your account and you are not eligible for a refund, the Tiraki accounting department will continue collection efforts.
It is your responsibility to keep your account updated with valid contact and billing information.
